She files as a stepparent.

This is not going to be easy. The legitimacy of their relationship will be examined in light of the fact that the stepdaughter was from an affair. How real is the marriage that allow all these people to immigrate will be brought up.

Since you are Nigerian, can I assume these folks are also from Nigeria?

Looks like it could be fraud. USCIS may suspect that the marriage is fake.

If he hasn't remove the condition on his green card, he is going to have problems proving his marriage is real in light of the affair.

Nope I am not Nigerian. And the couple in question actually aren't from Nigeria. And yes it will be a mess to prove a bonafide marriage when the husband cheated and had a child.

She will have to I feel write a letter or something he takes to embassy or attach to DS-230 form when they send in their packet that she's onboard with this and this baby is a child she accepts and receives as her own. papers are already drawn up on mothers part to give up all rights.

F2A pref. I-130 Approved, processing at NVC. MY PD Dec 2013. waiting to fill up DS-260

I have confirmed with the NVC that I must send a birth certificate (by email) to NVC and they will add the baby’s details with the Mothers case and then the entire case will be sent to US embassy so both of them will be given a visa.

Let say, If am unable to send the birth certificate to the NVC but they have sent the completed case file has sent (interview scheduled) to the US embassy, then in this case what should I do so that the mother and the baby can get immigrant visa together?

1. What are the processes once case has been sent to the embassy?

2. What are the passport requirements for baby and the mother?

3. What are the documents required by the Embassy at the time of interview for the baby?

4. Will baby have to go thru the medical process?

5. What are the implication we will face at the time of interview or getting visa for mother and baby?

can any one answer the above question please?
