Check out this guide on VJ site, here is the link http://www.visajourney.com/content/k3guide this should help you. Since your are the petitioner, you will have to file I-134 Affidavitt of Support. To confirm information regarding your income. You need to provide at least 2 or more of the following items along with the affidavit. (Basiclly you have an option to present a minimum of 2 or more of the items below)

1. Notarized copies of your latest federal income tas return

2. A statement from your employer showing salary and the length an permanency of employment.

3. Statement from an officer of a bank regarding your account, and the date the account was opened and the present balance

4. Any other evidence adequate to establish financial ability to support the Beneficiary.

All the information I provided you should be found in packet 3 or 4 on page 1 and 2 on (optional Form 167) Title: Evidence Which May Be Presented to Meet The Public Charge Provisions of The Law.
