Hi, our interview date is May 21, 6:30am Manila. Got the same letter. Just a question though because I am a bit confused with the letter they sent regarding what I have to bring with us.

The following table lists the documents requested by the NVC and whether or not the

NVC received them. Please note that even though the applicant may have provided

the NVC with a copy of a document, the applicant is still required to bring the

original document to the visa interview.

Document Name Document Status

CORRESPONDENCE INSTRUCTIONS C

1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1 Y

1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 2 Y

2 - PASSPORT Y

3 - BIRTH CERTIFICATE O

4 - ADOPTION F

5 - MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE O

6 - MARRIAGE TERMINATION F

7 - COURT RECORDS F

F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE Y

8 - CUSTODY PAPERS F

9 - MILITARY RECORDS F

10 - PHILIPPINES POLICE CERTIFICATE O

FEE PAYMENT $

PHOTOGRAPH Y

Can someone please help me to determine exactly what I need to bring? Thank you so much.

To interpret this, just follow the Document Status Description which is on page 4 of my P4. Just bring the original documents which you also sent in the past together with your ds230 to NVC. Secure an updated NBI Clearance and 2011 1040 and w2 of your sponsors. Pictures, and proof of your ties with your spouse.
