help me guys....... please tell me the option that would work in my situation or is it even possible for me......

1) I completed a bachelors degree from UK and went to US for a masters degree. I was out of status in US for over a year and voluntarily left the country. I am planning to apply for a certificate or diploma program from Canada. Now, what are the chances of getting a student visa for Canada after completing a masters degree from US?

2) My parents live in Canada. What are the chances of getting Canada PR if they sponsor me from Canada?

3) My girlfriend lives in US and shes a citizen. What are the chances of getting US Green Card if she sponsor me after we marry?

Please suggest me which out of three options is possible for me and would be the cheapest. need help...

Being out of status in the USA for over a year you have a ban from the USA.

Getting a student visa in Canada has nothing to do with having a masters degree from the USA. You have to get accepted to the school in Canada and thats completely up to the school.

Not sure I get it. You want to study in Canada or live in the U.S. with your girlfriend? Look at Krikit's links for immigrating to Canada.

As for option 1, you will need to get in touch with the institutions themselves. It's up to them to recognize or not your previous diplomas.

US citizen since April 2016

ROC completed April 2014

AOS from K1 completed February 2012
