hi,

My i-179c for i-130 i recieved on feb 3 2012 and

i-179c for i-129f recieved on feb 23rd 2012 ...

still waiting my case says still in initial review ... i filled on to california service center

Can anyone tell me about the file status of the cases who filled on feb 2012

It looks like our first Feb filer at VSC got approved last week! Hang in the guys!

I don't see anyone in this thread who applied in February and has been approved...do you know someone out of this thread? My priority date is Feb 17 and I am hoping to get the good news by end of this month...fingers crossed.

Started Talking: 1998

Dated for 3 yrs, separated, & reunited after being apart for about 10yrs

Got married: Dec. 3rd, 2011

USCIS:

01/28/12 - I-130 Application filed and sent

02/07/12 - I-130 NOA1 Received neither email nor text.

07/12/12 - Received NOA2

NVC:

08/02/12 - Case number received

08/06/12 - Invoice ID Received

08/09/12 - Aos bill & Ds-3032 received

08/09/12 - AOS bill Paid

08/13/12 - Ds-3032 Accepted

08/15/12 - IV Bill received

08/15/12 - IV bill paid

08/23/12 - Case Completed

09/14/12 - Interview date:10/17/12

09/14/12 - checklist received

My priority date is also Feb 17th at the California Service Center. I mailed my stuff to the Phoenix Lockbox, and it was passed on to the CSC. I think we will likely have a few more months. I did not see this thread earlier, as there is another February filers thread that I was on, but it has been silent there lately.

Edit: Ohh... I just noticed that you are at the Vermont Service Center. Then you will get approved weeks before me, most likely. Lucky. :star:

Just got back from the US after visiting my wifey. Have been avoiding the internet for the past 2 weeks, sign on to visa journey today, and what do I see? 50% of Jan filers at VJ already received NOA2!! :)

Looking at recent months' stats from Igor's list, we'll start seeing a lot of Feb approvals within the next 2 weeks! Most of us will only have about a month or less left of waiting :)

On dashboard.uscis.gov you can check your own case number by typing it in there. if your case number is EAC100000002, then the case number before you would be EAC10000000001. Youc an search any case number as it's freely available information.

On a side note, my priority date was Feb 6th, and I just got my NOA2 on May 29th! No expedites, no calls, no senators no nothing. Feb filers, your good news is just around the corner!
