Having followed the CSC's recent pace I'd estimate a more positive late May - mid June if no RFEs or "name hits." They are currently working on October mostly, and I'd estimate we'll start seeing November filers begin to get their NOA2s in a couple of weeks.

The I-130 and I-129f will be approved at the same time, and the K-3 will be administratively closed when it reaches the NVC. Forget about anything called I-129f or K-3.

This is correct if the two petitions arrive at the NVC at the same time or if the I-130 arrives at the NVC ahead of the I-129F.

If the approved I-129F arrives at the NVC first, it will still be processed (this is a rare occurrence).

In June or July most likely. Now is the time to become a professor of the NVC stage of the CR1 visa process. Your I-129F is NOT going to result in any K3 visa. It just got your I-130 taken out of its place in line and set back three weeks.
