Hey!

So here's my situation: I hired a lawyer to help wit the process, because my husband was going for his hardship tour in Korea and we decided to try expedite our case. Apparently, someone in that office doesn't know what they're doing, because when I called USCIS a couple of weeks ago, they didn't see any expedite requests. The lawyer told me that she was trying to get my interview to be expedited but well, so far nothing.. I'm on my two month mark and still don't have interview date. It is even worth it to try call the military line and try to expedite my case? I would do this by myself following all the guidelines in here. Thank you

2/3/2012 AOS Package sent (I-130, I-485, I-765)

2/6/2011 I-130,I485 and I-765 received at USCIS

2/10/2012 I-130,I485,I-765 Touched

2/16/2012 NOA 1 Received(I-130, I-485, I-765)

2/17/2012 Biometrics Letter(Original App. date: 03/05/12)

3/09/2012 I-485 Touched

3/09/2012 Text Message/email received for RFE - I485 :(

3/19/2012 RFE hard copy received

3/20/2012 Replied RFE

3/26/2012 RFE Response Review

4/10/2012 EAD card in Production!

4/13/2012 NEW Interview date - April 30th!!!!!

4/30/2012 APPROVED ON THE SPOT!!!

4/30/2012 Passport stamped(I-551)

5/7/2012   Green card Received!

1/12/2018 N-400 Sent~

i think you can call mil help line,and do it yourself to expedite your case...

im army wife and im the one calling mil help line to expedite my case.. they just need to speak to my husband to verify something,and it takes 10sec.

anyways,since your husband is not with u,let them know..

Jan.26 2012 - I130 petition sent

Feb.01,2012- Noa1

Mar.13,2012- expedited requested

Mar.14,2012- faxed supporting documents for expedite

Mar.23,2012- RFE

Apr.05,2012- RFE Rsponse Review

Apr.25,2012- I-130 approved

NVC

Apr.30,2012- Nvc Received (in the building)

May 02,2012- Noa2 touched hard copy

May 02,2012- Case number/invoice number assigned

May 04, 2012- Aos fee bill assigned/ pay/ sent Ds3032 written by email

May 08,2012- Aos paid/ Ds3032 accepted/ IV fee bill assigned and pay

May10, 2012 - IV fee paid

May 11,2012- Case complete/ nvc left

CONSULATE

May 18,2012- Medical (passed!)

May 21,2012- Interview- approved

May 24,2012- Visa on hand

May 26,2012- Entered USA

June 28, 2012 - 10 year Green Card on hand!
