Hello everyone!anyone here experience to expedite their I-130? how long does it takes?

i filled up expedite form through Military Helpline, and they asked me to send Military orders, and we did..

after a week i recieved RFE and we response and mailed the documents April 2nd.. got an email from CSC saying they recieved the RFE,now they doing the Review.

im 25 weeks pregnant, PCS'ng on MAY 5th.. and havent heard from them if my expedite is approve..

Any similar experience??? is there any way they can push my Visa before we PCS?

Thanks in advance for response!,, im so worried and stressful about this! ;(

the uscis i mean.. keep calling them and asked for expedite status but keep in mind to be very polite to them because as what i've observed if we are kind in asking questions to them they would give us a good response.... never sound demanding nor upset...

call the military helpline again. I know when I did the expedite request for my wife's I-130, I got an e-mail within about a week saying the request was approved. I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, then I called the hotline again and requested another expedite. That is when I found out we had an RFE. Got that sent in and within a couple of weeks after that we were approved and done with the USCIS.

Wow, I saw your timeline. It took you about 3 months to get the NOA2, what did you do?? How to speed up the process? I've heard about expediting a visa, I am with my husband right now here in Makati and we want to speed up the process because he's been suffering from a severe back pain for 10 years now and we're planning to get a surgery in America but he needs me to be there when this happens, so we want to fly to the US together then we can get that surgery done. What do you guys think of it? Will they approve us?

Ya won't know, alas, till ya try.

Have the USCitizen Spouse call into USCIS, request an ISO, and then ask for an expedite over the phone. The ISO will tell the USCitizen Spouse exactly what the intake process will be.

Hint - it's a bit hard to get an ISO on the phone, as the Tier 1 CSR's think they can do something, but they really can't. Get an ISO, a Tier 2 Human.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

When i paid everything to the nvc i called the consulate and they gave me interview date right away.
