Question about receiving "Service Request" response in the mail

This may be a hypersensitive question. On my I-797c notices for concurrent application AOS, my first name was misspelled (missing 2 letters). So I called the 1800 number and the kind representative wrote a service request for me to have the typographical error fixed. A week later, I received the physical letter in my mailbox with the corrected name. NOW my main concern is, they have corrected my first name, but my middle name on the letter wasn't included.

This question is for people who have ever did a service request in the past for whatever reason:

Was your name spelled out fully including the middle name? or was it only spelled out with the first and last name without including the middle name?

Thank you and I hope to hear from some veteran's response who experienced something like this.
