Can someone Please give more info on what USCIS is saying? Is my file being processed? or is it being reviewed? So I still have to wait and see if they will accept my initial evidence that I sent in? I would like to also know how long will it take for me to receive my working permit... THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Once a timely response to the request for evidence is received by USCIS, we review the evidence or information you submitted. If you submitted the requested evidence, we continue with the adjudication of your application or petition in light of the new evidence.

This is the 'operative ' sentence- If you submitted the requested evidence, we continue with the adjudication of your application or petition in light of the new evidence.

Let me know if you not understand that sentence, aye?

re: working permit - did you apply for an EAD? Have you gone to any biometrics appointment based on the casefile # for the EAD?

Reach the decision for what? That your RFE is okay? To process your EAD? To send you for an interview/approve without interview?
