Hi all. I am currently working part-time at 2 different jobs. About 2 weeks ago I got an employment letter from my second job stating my annual income. Yesterday I was offered an extra work day which means a higher income for this year. Do I need to ask for a new letter to state my new annual income? Or can I just adjust the amount on the form? My wife and I plan on sending our AOS package some time this month.

06/28/2012: Received EAD Card
07/11/2012: Approved on the Spot!
07/19/2012: Received 2-Year Green Card smile.png

05/27/2014: ROC Package Sent

05/28/2014: ROC Package Delivered

06/02/2014: Check Cashed

06/02/2014: NOA1 Received (Receipt Date: 05/29/2014)

06/09/2014: Biometrics Letter Received

07/01/2014: Biometrics Appointment

11/26/2014: ROC Approved! (Received Letter on Dec 1)

12/09/2014: Received 10-Year Green Card!!

I would ask for a new letter- more money will make your AOS easier, and it will look suspicious if you declare more income on the form than is on your employer letter.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
