SLEC Online Registration Questions

1. What do you indicate for the required field "Previous Medical Examination at SLEC" if this is the first exam there?

2. Do we print the submitted form or the email and how many copies each?

Just asked my Fiancee she said she put N/A. She printed a copy of the SLEC form and showed it to the guard at St. Luke's, along with the Embassy letter confirming her interview.

Thanks for the info. Will try the N/A in the form and see if it accepts it and will have my fiancee print her registration and her daughters.

2. She needs two copies of the printout form or the email.

St. Luke;s want two copies of the letter from the embassy confirming the interview (or the confirmation page from the scheduling online)

They don't ask for a copy of registering online, but my fiancee brought one anyway.

I remember I did the online registration but wasn't asked for it at SLEC. ???

They didn't ask for hers either, they just wanted the two copies of the interview confirmation.
