I sent the form to uscis so they could let me know when my petition got to them. I had delivery confirmation as of April 4 20212 but no text message yet :( is it possible they just not going to send me the text, but just the regular NOA1? I've seen people mentioning sometimes uscis just kind of ignores this form?

Finally we all three together. We are happy :)

Sure seems that way. I sent mine overnight they signed for it March 17th, No text no email but got the I-1797C notice in mail on Match 22. So I guess maybe they just like wasting paper.

It took 5 days from date of my delivery confirmation to NOA1 text/email. So don't worry it just takes them a couple of days to get you setup in the system. :)

USCIS

2-27-12: Mailed I-129F Package to TX Lockbox

3-01-12: UPS Delivery Confirmation Received

3-06-12: NOA1 Text/Email - Application has been sent to Vermont

3-09-12: NOA1 Hard Copy Received

Yes be patient you'll get your text or email or hard copy notice than you can start tracking your case on the uscis.gov site and obsess like the rest of us. Welcome aboard.
