what kind of evidence will my fiance(e) need if ask about wedding plans during the interview at the Embassy? I already have wedding invitations set.

I do not think they commonly ask about wedding plans since its a future event. I would suggest being careful about making any definate wedding plans before getting closer to the end of the process, these things have a way of dragging out for months longer than you expect

You could always send a copy of the invitations that you say you have or your fiance can just answer that the two of you will marry in a small ceremony or civil ceremony within 90 days of your arrival

Actually this is a valid concern depending on the consulate one is dealing with. The Kenya embassy, I have seen from previous filers, has sometimes requested evidence of wedding plans. That's very tricky for me because I do agree that it is really hard to come up with anything definite when you have no idea of exactly when you will have a visa in hand. So if anyone has any thoughts or prior experience, please feel free to share. Wedding invitations are too complicated in my view because those need a definite a wedding date. Others I've seen say they bought the wedding dress so the receipt shows some proof of planning to wed, others had venues and caterers lined up. It's complicated for me because I would be lying if I said I was going to have a court wedding so I have made no other plans but then I also have not made any definite plans because I really can't be certain how this will play out. And even those who are having court weddings are also not clear on what they should to prove that claim short of just saying so.
