i dont understand what going on with my case

we got a letter from USCIS say intent to revoke and we sent all the proofs and they receive our response on On January 15, 2012 but we got revoked and we appeal so they receive appeal eoir-29 with more evidence and brief on march and we contacted congressman and 1 month after that USCIS sent us email saying that

Your Current Case Status for Form I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

On January 15, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

if they got appeal on march why they sent this email saying On January 15, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location is that mean our case is pending and our appeal was approved and now it sound like they never revoked our petition maybe because we did sent more evidence proofs we love each other so much make them think they did mistake so they process our case again and we contacte congressman tooand maybe he help us but i need your answers and advice plz thank you god bless you all

It looks like they may have re-opened your case to review it again. Anytime you get corespondence from USCIS it usually means they are "touching" your file. I would put a call into them though just to be sure.

We call them and the man said in the phone they can’t process the case in California center if they did not approved the appeal

i just want more advice what we should do and help us to understand what going on

and what next

If he said that, then that means they are processing your case! Now you wait until you hear from them again...or you can check the status of your case everyday on the uscis website like I did, and probably everyone else on here does/did. Did you ever get NOA1 in the mail? Or just the request for evidence?

this is the process

i had interview and denied 221g and it return for review and they sent letter for intent to revoke and we response with evidence but we got revoked and we appeal with

so what next and what we should do because they said in the message above we will hear from them in 60 day but it more than 60 days from January 15 till now but we just reciev the email last week

sounds to me like the evidence submitted never, ever made it to the right desk on time.

Call into USCIS, get an ISO, a Tier 2 Human,

and inquire about what they received, and when they received it.

Then ask if the case was revoked based on a review of the submitted documents, or if the case was revoked because the documents were not reviewed.

'Document review' here makes a world of difference - they can't review what they don't have.

Usually, 'the man on the phone' is a CSR, a Tier 1 Human, and cannot see details about your casefile on the computer. A Tier 2 Human has higher computer access, can see all.

Now, you really need to get yer USCitizen Spouse to do this (not the foreign spouse).

my wife call them and the first one did not understand so she move the call to next level like someone have experience and more knowledge and he said California center will not process a case if it revoked and ask my wife if we appeal because he saw other receipt number in the case so he said maybe because of the appeal they reviewing your case again but we will wait 2 or 3 week iif we did not hear frome them we will call them because me and my wife have plane to go swimming in the beach and forget all this stress for 1 or 2 week

We still don't hear nothing yet any advice please because we can't call theme now. Because. Last time we call the uscis the officer said i cant do nothing now till after 60 day frome the time they reciev our appeal on 20 march. 1. not get the right human at USCIS and

2. she not pose the questions exactly as I've written.

But what I don't Understand is the uscis should sent the apeal to Bia but on my case they sent me email one month after the apeal saying they Processing the case
