If they don't schedule one I think that is an error, I've seen it happen too but normally everyone gets called for biometrics at every stage. As I said, mine was July 21st last year and I have a biome

Hubby was finally rescheduled an Oath since his first one was cancelled due to the Hurricane. His Oath is November 26th at 11am in Philly. A bit annoyed as they're holding an Oath the same day here in our home town but instead we have to drive 2 hours! But either way, we're looking forward to finally being finished!

May 2nd, 2008 -- Visa Interview = Approved. (91days)

July 23rd - 30th, 2008 -- Damian's Mum Comes to the US for our wedding.

July 25th, 2008 -- Wedding Day!

March 16th, 2009 -- AOS Sent

May 8th, 2009 -- EAD & AP Approved (51days)

July 14th, 2009 -- AOS Approved!! (118days)

July 21st, 2009 -- Green Card Received (125days)

No RFEs the whole process :) All done myself.

December 4th - 30th, 2009 -- Visited England

April 8th - 30th, 2010 -- Damian's Brother visits us here in PA.

January 19th, 2010 -- Damian got his PA license.

December 10th - 19th, 2010 -- Visited England

September 16th - 30th, 2011 -- Damian's Parents came to visit us here in PA.

June 1st, 2011 -- Mailed ROC to Vermont.

February 21st, 2012 -- 10 Year Green Card Received

April 14th, 2012 -- N-400 Sent to Dallas Lockbox

November 26th, 2012 – Damian Became a US Citizen!!!

My Hubby became a Citizen today. The Oath was in Philly, there were 68 from 38 different countries. So happy we're all finished, can someone please update for me?

So, on July 27 it will be a year since my interview. I was told a decision could not be reached and that I would be sent more information and/or a decision by mail, but nothing yet. I have send a service request numerous times and I always get the same answer: You shall receive an answer sometime in the future. I have gotten frustrated waiting and I am seriously thinking about the writ of mandamus option.Has anyone else gone through this type of deal?

Have you contacted your Senator or Congressman's office? I would try that first.

Also, try making an InfoPass appointment to your local office, that might be able to get you more information.
