If they don't schedule one I think that is an error, I've seen it happen too but normally everyone gets called for biometrics at every stage. As I said, mine was July 21st last year and I have a biome

Are you talking about the online status? I didn't get and update that I was in line to be scheduled for an interview, I just got an email telling me an interview notice was on its way. Before that it said I had been mailed a biometrics appointment. The online updates are not accurate at all.

Did you file in April? If so we can add you to the list. :)

Yes, I am talking about the online status. Usually it has been pretty precise up to this point, sending me an sms and an e-mail notice every step of the way (NOA sent, Bio sent) and a couple of days later I would actually recieve the notices. But since I got the "in line to be scheduled for an interview" e-mail there has been no news at all, and it has almos been a month (in 6 days exatly 30 days since I recieved the e-mail). Should I do anything about it or should I wait?

I have added myself to the list a long time ago but only now I noticed that I am on the wrong Processing center. I will correct that.

Yes, I am talking about the online status. Usually it has been pretty precise up to this point, sending me an sms and an e-mail notice every step of the way (NOA sent, Bio sent) and a couple of days later I would actually recieve the notices. But since I got the "in line to be scheduled for an interview" e-mail there has been no news at all, and it has almos been a month (in 6 days exatly 30 days since I recieved the e-mail). Should I do anything about it or should I wait?

I have added myself to the list a long time ago but only now I noticed that I am on the wrong Processing center. I will correct that.

Ah I didn't see you down there in the list hehe.

I don't know if there is anything you can do about the wait time until it has been 30 days but once 30 days has passed you could try calling USCIS and asking them about it. Hopefully it won't be too much longer!

Your office must be backlogged for the interview. I went back through the months and found out that notbonjovi waited 2 months through the same office before they got their interview letter. They filed in October and didn't get the interview letter til Jan this year.

Thats a pity, I was keeping my hopes up for a quick process (I had made plans for August but it seems they will have to wait)

On the other hand what I am noticing from trackit for the Newark office is that they slowed down during Christmas time, and once the year picked up they would actually respect a 4 month time frame (not including passport application and delivery). The first three month of the year had an enviable time frame to say the least, all being done withing 90-110 days.

Anyway, I think I'm starting to get paranoid and trying to find fault where there is none. I guess I'll just have to be patient.

What about the other Newark applicants in the list? Do you guys have your interview letters yet?

You weren't the only one, It took me a while to find myself as well since I was checking the Texas Service Center up and down without realizing I had added myself to the Phoenix list lol.

I will give them a call by the end of the week, see if there is any information.TY

Well I think the Newark office finally came through. I recieved the e-mail stating that I am now placed on line and I should recieve my interview letter within two weeks.

Congrats to my fellow Newark interviwees, I see that you are scheduled on the same day. Good look to you guys.
