I am on H1B , which will be expiring in few months. I was married to a US citizen 8 months ago and have filed my I-103 on Dec 1 2011. Now i will be filing my I-485 , G-325A ,I-693 ,I-864 ,I-765 & I-131.

I have couple of questions.

What will be the total fee is it 1070$ ?

Also my wife (US Citizen) doesnt work so i am attaching all my account details , letter from my Employer my may stub & signing in all my details in I-864, would that work

I-103 is pending since few months and my H1 expiry is close so i want to get EAD ASAP.

What else i have to do to expedite this process ?

You cannot expedite the process.

Be sure to include the NOA1 from the I-130, so that it will be turned into a concurrent I-130/I-485 process.

Your wife is the primary sponsor and will fill out the I-864 and include all of her tax return, etc, even if she is not working. You can add your income to her I-864 if you are her spouse and only immigrant, and your income will continue from the same source after you get your GC. You also will need to include tax information and proof of current employment.

If you do things properly and avoid RFE's, that will keep the application on schedule. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
