Is vb come out today?? Or wait till friday?

DOS updated the Demand availability for EB Categories today. So we should expect VB published anytime before Friday for sure.

I would like to see at least VB touching 2010 PDs and continue to process more cases as July thro Sep is the last quarter for the FY 2012.

My PD is septemeber 13, 2009 same as my sister.

I recieved my appointment letter last friday but mu sister hasn't recieve yet her appointment letter.

So worried that we are not in the same schedule of interview. I'm 18 years old and she is 15 years old.

I think she should have received by this time or wait until VB is published and call NVC. Is your sister's case been transferred to the local Consulate- if yes, why don't you try contacting the local consulate.

Thanks for the info, usualy they published EB Demand data right before the day of VB update. I am hoping that VB will publish tomorrow afternoon & for sure it will be in 2010 PDs.

My sister's case is still at the nvc. I called nvc yesterday and the operator said " the visa is available but the appointment hasn't been scheduled". I hope we will recieve her appointment by this week. :)

My son's PD is 12/19/2009 (F2A). Case has been completed at NVC since November 2010. We received letter from NVC today stating interview has been scheduled at Islamabad embassy for June 6. So we are definitely going to see 2010 PDs in latest VB.

I would appreciate if someone can share interview experience at ISB for F2A category. I am main sponsor, but my son-in-law is the co-sponsor. I am a stay home mom. You think this may cause problems at interview?

Son's Priority Date (F2A) 12/19/2009

Case completed at NVC 11/23/2010

Interview 6/6/2012

Visa in hand 7/23/2012

how dp you know that the next VB of june is 08 jan 2010. give us the right information. nothing is confirmed yet?

We have confirmed about jan 01, 2010, according to fellow member lady killer who's pd dec27, 2009. But not sure jan 08, 2010.

Hopefully VB will come out today.
