I wish it says in may2012 vb, june will move upto 3 month, so I would be current then...

Only almighty God help me to be current again in June vb.

Guys it's good news.next month vb will jump 2.5 month minimum.so i will say it will be 1or8or15Feb 2010 and maybe more forward.i guess 2010 fillers less then 2009.thats why i have good fillings about coming months.if im right after 6 or 7months we gonna see 2011pd.good lock all of us

I was laid off two weeks before I received e-mail from NVC asking me to submit AOS/Other documents. Since I can not file AOS with no job in hand, I did not file AOS and/or IV documents yet.

So may visa bulletin show 15 nov 2009 so it's mean my sister in law priority date is not current ? We have to wait for next visa bulletin I mean June 2012 visa bulletin

Yes, correct: your sister-in-law's priority date is not yet current, but it is likely that it will be in June.

I will say June visa bulletin will be 22 jan 2010 or 01 feb 2010 for f2a but this is only guess inshallah everything will b ok by the grace of god .im member of vj since 2007

yeah but it says that its going to move up to 2.5 months, so this is the maximum it can get, that means we might get less than 2.5 months movement. but i hope it moves by at least 2.5 months

Some people are misreading the May 2012 Visa Bulletin. It says in the coming months, we can expect UPTO 2.5 months movement in F2A. Not minimum 2.5 months. At the same time every time they have given a number, they stick to it. So we can expect the F2A to move by 10 weeks or so. Thats gives us 1st Feb 2010. Lets hope we get the same kind of movement for the next 3-4 months and we will be in 2011 PDs.
