Hi everyone! Excuse me if this has being asked a million times, but I'm confused about something:

should I (the foreign fiancé) fill out the affidavit of support to? Or only the American fiancé?

Service Center : Texas Service Center

Consulate : Argentina

I-129F Sent : 2012-01-09

I-129F NOA1 : 2012-01-13

Sorry but you didn't file at the Texas service center. TSC does not process K-1 petitions. You need to fix your timeline.

You sent your petition to a drop box in Dallas and it was sent to either VSC or CSC for processing.

Your case number would be starting with :

EAC for Vermont

WAC for California.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13
