I-129F FORMS EXPIRED AT USCIS WEBSITE ANY ONE ELSE NOTICED THIS

DEAR VJS

we are sending our petition in tommorrow,however the forms at uscis for the K1S date sez- expires on 2/29/2012 the forms are expired! what do we do? do we still send the already filled out forms or ,we are already very late in filling and wont want anything else to go wrong please help.

It doesn't matter. Just download the more recent ones on the USCIS website. For the I-129F, it's even stated they are still accepting older versions:

"Edition Date :

11/23/10; (06/14/10; 02/19/10 editions also accepted)

Note on Expiration: USCIS continues to accept the 11/23/10 edition of Form I-129F available here despite the passing of the form's expiration date. An updated form will be posted as soon as it becomes available."

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...
