I know that I am close (19 days away), but I am going crazy waiting for that day. I have not seen my fiance and son in 9 months but this post is really not for me. It is for the people who have been waiting longer than they are supposed to. I feel for you all. I know how I was feeling when in your shoes (I still feel the same way). How can we help each other get through this? What can we do to past the time? Let's come up with something good so that we don't all go crazy. This post is for my DR crew because we are all in this together.

I also want to congratulate those people who got their approvals this week and last week   . You all give us hope and encouragement for our cases.

The wait is extremely difficult but in the end, once that interview is complete and you can walk out from that embassy with peace of mind and closure.....it will all feel worth it. You will look back at the wait time and it will mean nothing anymore. You may actually laugh at how impatient you were while waiting...lol...I know I did.

I know the days are at a snails pace right now, but when you get to the 5 days mark, the days fly and it feels surreal!!

I'm so happy to see the many approvals for my DR people!! Let's keep em' coming!!

The wait sucks, I know! You just really end up putting your entire life on hold.

Btw, by filing an I-129f for a K-1 visa you're probably a US Citizen. You do your son can easily acquire US citizenship through you right? Just saying, as the wait to see your son would be shorter at least.

I am a very impatient person but I have learned a lot through this process. I am stressed because things are a bit crazy for me now but I am relaxed and very positive about this whole process. As far as I know, all of my VJ friends are positive and I would love to think that I am myself. There are just some days that things feel like they are taking forever and I miss mi reina. To be honest this post was not for me, I put it up here for you, Steph, Alia, Jersey, and others because I know it is worse for you guys. All those things that you said that you do to pass the time, I do it all the time but I still think about it a lot. I am not really a complainer or negative person and you could tell from a lot of my status updates that I love to be positive. I must admit though that all of you guys have been great through this whole process and we have all made friends for a long time to come because of VJ.

Yes the wait does suck but I will make it. My son has had his US citizenship for a while now but I really wanted my fiance and my son to come together. Many times I have wanted to forget that just to bring him here but then I think about my fiance and I don't want her to be alone or feel left out.

Sam you are so right... I can't wait until after the interview is over and this weight is lifted off of my shoulders. When that 5 day mark comes I will be extremely excited because it will be only 3 days until I see my fiance and my son. I really appreciate you for your encouragement and understanding.

Mr. Miami I was very impatient until I started this process however as you can tell I am so relaxed about this whole process I don't even believe it. yes am anxious for everything to finish but I know that God has all of our cases in his hands and I know he will let us know when our time has come. I do agree with you, you and your status are very positive and I love everyone of those messages, like you have 8 months without seeing my hubby just talking on the phone not even on webcam so I know the feeling all to well.. I really do miss him dearly but am excited cuz God has helped me in many ways I am now going in May for a weekend to celebrate my one year anniversary with him and the family and then ill go back for the interview then hopefully if all goes well back again in August to pick up my babies   The whole DR crew is great and wonderful couldn't have asked for a better crew
