After filing I-751 petition to remove conditions on residence it was terminatied due to the fact of a missed interview.

i got sent a notice saying that my interview has been changed to a different date and to wait untill i get a new notices but since it was sent to the wrong address it got sent back and i got the letter after march 20th so i throught that was my old date and i had to wait for an other for the interview, which i found out it was wrong and my real date was infact on march 20th which i missed it got me all confused.

But anyway i went to the immigration office today to ask what i need to do to fix it and they said to refile for i-751 and send it ASAP that way it will stop the old one so i wont have to go through the immigration judge and everything as the new one will stop it.

So my question is while im refiling i got to the question Are you in removal, deportation, or recission proceedings yes or no? what should i put in for that question?

Also my greencard was stolen if there is an other way to find out when my conditional residence expires.

And one more than any ideas on how i woudl go about writing a letter to explain why im filing a late form and what it should detail on.
