Bonafide issue and H1b visa query

Hi ,

Me and my fiancee were planning to get married but we were planning to stay together after she finds a job here. (i stay in NC and she stays in AZ). She is a USC and i am currently working in USA on H1-b visa. Here are a few questions. Any help would be appreciated. We are really confused.

1. Since we are not moving together after marriage, how do we prove that it is bona fide(we will move together eventually after december..watever be the case) . We will be having joint accounts, credit cards, i will add her on my insurance policy(health and auto). We have pictures from our ring-ceremony/engagement

2. She is looking for a job and doesnt want to leave her current job plus she will be appearing for her cpa exams (now the issue is that the courses she has enrolled, she can enroll in NC too but since she is working there she chose to enroll in AZ where she stays with her parents..though she is applying to NC board for her cpa licence (does that show that we have intention of staying together? )

3. I work on H1B visa. Now if i apply for GreenCard then am i correct in assuming that there will be change of status and in case (god forbids) if staying away results in any complication and I am denied a greencard on the day of interview,I will still be able to work on my H1-B visa or will it become void due to change of status ?

4. Does getting a driving licence in NC help ? what else can we give as a proof in our case (we have chat records, skype records, phone bills in same family plan, phone/txt records.i visit her every month..so credit card bills for my trip and trip tickets and pictures of us together..but i assume they are secondary and not solid proofs)
