Unfortunately the only way to know what the information they want is when you get the letter in the mail. It should take about a week or 2.

When you get the letter they will tell you exactly what they want. Take a copy of the letter and return the original with copies of the documents they requested. Keep all your originals. You may be asked to produce them later.

Yes an RFE can happen at any time even during or after an interview.

but i want to know if its possible to get the letter of REF and the letter of appoint of bio together at the same time, cuz I didnt get my Bio yet?

They wouldn't come in the same envelope. Its possible they might arrive around the same time if they had sent the biometrics letter too.
