Hello all. Well, it's been 18 days and our petition has not arrived at NVC. Every time I call, they say it's not in their system. I have already emailed NVCResearch@state.gov and attached a copy of the I-797 approval with a notice date of 9 March 2012. It's a little frustrating to say the least. Thanks for letting me vent a little this morning. Big Sigh!!!!

Did you use a service like DHL, USPS or FedEx to track your package?

08/15/2011: NOA1, Priority Date

02/22/2012: NOA2 - Approved

02/25/2012: NOA2 - Received hard copy in mail

03/06/2012: NVC received

03/07/2012: NVC Case Number, BIN & IIN Assigned

03/08/2012: DS3032 sent by email (auto response received immediately)

03/13/2012: Re-send DS3032 by email (auto response received immediately)

03/13/2012: Received (2)Email with DS-3032 Kit and AOS Bill instructions

Why would I use a shipping service? The K1 petition is supposed to be forwarded to NVC by USCIS upon approval; it's just not there yet....again I Sigh!!!

Create a Signature for more and better answers to your future questions!

Far as your Case being received by NVC, I'm sure its any day now and you'll be getting your Case Number soon too! :thumbs:

you should be concerned if you have not received notification after 30 days of the NOA2 date. Im sure you will hear news within the next 10 days.
