Yes, as everyone has told you, she will get denied if you do not have enough income and no co-sponsor. Well, usually they will give you a few weeks to find a co-sponsor, but if you cannot find one she will get denied.

I already named some questions above. A lot will depend on your personal histories, the documents you submitted etc. For example, she may be asked whether she plans to work when she gets to the USA as you have so little money. If there are any criminal records or past marriages on your side, they will ask her about those to make sure she knows. They will ask her about your family, your past work, where you life etc. They may also ask about the two visits you made, how you got to know eachother, did you meet her family (show photos) etc.

can u tell me will she get denied at the us embassy in manila not much income...

alrighty -

1. study the I-864, because you need to talk about it with another human.

2. secure another human to be a joint-sponser/co-sponser.

3. do some maths, your joint-sponser will be making up for your lack.

4. send the I-864 on your joint-sponser with all supporting documents TO YOUR WIFE in the PI.

5. your wife shows the I-864 packet that you sent her to a VISA OFFICER on INTERVIEW DAY.

do all of the above? no problem on interview day related to YOUR INCOME.

Good Luck!

i marry a philippines woman she got a interview may 10 if she get denied what will be the reason for denied....

That depends entirely on the grounds they would have for denying her visa.

The by far most common ground to deny CR-1 visas is when the consular officer doesn't believe that a real bona fide marriage exists between you two, and thinks you're only getting married for her to get a green card. - Avoid this by preparing her evidence as best as you can, and make sure she knows everything about you that a spouse normally would be expected to know.

Another denial reason could be if she has previously accumulated more than 180 days of unlawful presence in the US. If she has between 180 and year of unlawful presence she would have a 3 year bar, and a 10 year bar if she has accumulated more than one year of unlawful presence.

A third reason could be that they believe she will be a public charge. This is fairly easy to avoid by making sure your I-864 affidavit is solid and shows income AT LEAST 125% of pverty level.

Other reasons for denial could arise if she has committed any crimes involving moral turpitude.

Do yourself a BIG Favor and call the embassy and cancel your I-864 especially if you used a co-sponser.

If you are questioning fraud or using now... it will just get worse

What makes you think it is fraud? You did not give any information for us to help you

Does she call you

Is she available for you online

Is she loving

Do you have her passwords
