  • 3 weeks later...

Hi everyone. Just starting a thread for April filers here. I was originally planning for March but complications made way for delay. Anyway, the finishing touches and reviews are going on now, and I plan to have it mailed by April 9th. Feel free to post your status and updates.

Same here, we were almost done by the end of March, somehow it took us over a month to finalize all the details, and got a NOA1 date of April 20th!

Over 2 months of waiting!!! I sure hope things move faster, The summer is just starting and i want it to be ending already as it means my love will be home sooner!!!! What are you guys doing to past the time?

This waiting is agonizing! Both of us are working full time, which kinda helps with killing the time, but still....

04/14/2012 - I129-F sent out

04/20/2012 - NOA1 receipt date

04/24/2012 - NOA1 (email/text) received

04/27/2012 - NOA1 hard copy

10/15/2012 - NOA2 receipt date

10/16/2012 - NOA2 (email/text) received

My Timeline says Sept.24-30 which is 5 months and a week or so from my NOA1, and VSC dashboard on USCIS still says 5 months. The Timeline originally read something in the middle of August in the beginning which is actually early. This being a fluctuation of VJ statistics anyway. If USCIS approves my petition by the end of September, I would say it is right on time. I'm also seeing some Dec. filers just now getting their NOA2, but many Jan. and Feb. are getting it now as well.

NOA1 on 4/17/12. California service center/Philippines. Anyone else have their NOA1 around our time of 4/17/12 that is also Philippines? Would like to find others and maybe my fiancee can meet others when in Manila for her medical exam and interview.

Looks like to me from studying the timelines that approvals are running somewhere between 4 and 5 months for the Philippines.
