UPDATE: We are approved! Such an easy and relaxed interview!

Now all I have to do is pack my stuff and wait for the POE on December 14th!! :dance:

Awesome! Good for you guys. Jessa just completed her medical on the 28th. She completed it in one day. It took from 7:30AM to around 4PM, but the only other option was to come back the next day like most. We obviously just wanted it done, and thank God she passed and got done in one day.

4/23 - 10/18 at Vermont Service Center. Irina already has her packet and when I was there last we already did the I156K, I156, and such, this should go well now but I will meet her in Kiev for the final interview.

Our case was sent out to Lima yesterday by the NVC, it was two weeks since the NOA2 "notice date".

Great! Finally moving along! Hope the rest of your journey goes really fast!

K1 NOA1: April 18th, 2012
K1 NOA2: October 25th, 2012 (190 days at VSC, NO RFE)
NVC number: November 1st, 2012 (7 days after NOA2)
INTERVIEW: November 29th, 2012 (APPROVED)
POE: December 14th, 2012 (Miami)
MARRIAGE: December 21st, 2012 (the end of the world! lol)
AOS SENT: December 26th, 2012
AOS NOA1: December 31st, 2012
AP/EAD NOA1: December 28th, 2012
BIOMETRICS: January 31st, 2013
AP/EAD APPROVAL: February 20th, 2013
AP/EAD card in the mail: March 2nd, 2013

GREEN CARD APPROVED: September 17th, 2013 (no interview)

Do we have to send tax papers with the Addidavit of Support??? or is it optional?

The most recent W2 or 1099 and 1040 form or transcript is usually mandatory. Best to check with the instructions of your consulate for specific requirements.

FINALLY!!!! Mar flew to Manila this morning (philippines time) from Tacloban, stopped by CFO to get her sticker, and boarded the first leg of her 3 flight journey to America. As one of many victims of VSC I have to say it has not been easy but it will all be worth it as soon as I see her at Dulles airport tomorrow :dance::dance::dance:
