I been approved!! So happy!! Got my trxt this morning while i was at work!! I jumped out my seat looking like a fool!! Extremly happy!! Now moving to da next step :-) :-)

They skipped me!!! April 9 NOA1 and still nothing! Ugh!

April 18th here... don't you dare skip me either USCIS! lol

K1 NOA1: April 18th, 2012
K1 NOA2: October 25th, 2012 (190 days at VSC, NO RFE)
NVC number: November 1st, 2012 (7 days after NOA2)
INTERVIEW: November 29th, 2012 (APPROVED)
POE: December 14th, 2012 (Miami)
MARRIAGE: December 21st, 2012 (the end of the world! lol)
AOS SENT: December 26th, 2012
AOS NOA1: December 31st, 2012
AP/EAD NOA1: December 28th, 2012
BIOMETRICS: January 31st, 2013
AP/EAD APPROVAL: February 20th, 2013
AP/EAD card in the mail: March 2nd, 2013

GREEN CARD APPROVED: September 17th, 2013 (no interview)

We got a letter from NVC dated Oct.10th saying the petition will be mailed to the embassy within a week. I was already told by the service assistant on the phone that it was sent out on Oct. 9th. Now I have to figure out how to verify receipt at the consulate. We started working on the Pack 3&4 forms and hope to have them ready so we can do a quick turn around when the packet arrives in the mail. All the forms and translations seems challenging but we're just focusing on one thing at a time. Hopefully we'll be all set when the packet finally arrives.

It's great to see you got you NOA2. Enjoy the moment for a brief spell and then get busy preparing for the next round. Ha, Ha, something tells me you're already well ahead of the curve on that one! :rofl:

That's great news! We are lucky we don't have to translate anything. :P Yes, we are enjoying it very much so. We both feel we can finally take a breather even though we waited months for the moment. Ha, ha, yeah! We already have the forms complete. :lol: Manila doesn't mail them out, and we have to bring them to the interview rather than mail them like some consulates require. I'm in the process of contacting NVC now. They told me today that our number wasn't in the system yet so I'll try again tomorrow...

RFE....10/15/2012. Ok so to be POSITIVE it was not denied, BUT 6 months to then ask for additional information?!@#$^ This IS frustrating and she is an impatient person as is..now to update her.

Sorry to hear about that guys. I know that doesn't feel good. Yes! Stay POSITIVE. Hopefully, it will be something simple that you can quickly mail back out to them. Don't forget to include the RFE notice with the evidence. It IS frustrating, and she may be impatient, but you both have endured a huge lesson in patience already. You can do it!!
