As of this Saturday, we will start getting to the five month mark. What are we going to do April VSC filers?

Jarrod and I are planning on contacting our Congressman since they are not fulfilling the 5 month advertised on their webpage. Will you all be doing that? Is there anything else that can be done? Is it true that the service request is "useless" nowadays?

Let's complain somehow! This is not fair!

Somebody here was having an online petition to sign... I'll see if I can find the link.

It's time to get April approved too!

I hit the 5 month Mark on Monday the 3rd of Septemer, Gosh this waiting is insane. For awhile i was jealous of all the CSC April Filers as the majority have already received their NOA2 . I will be putting in a Service request on Monday if they allow me.... someone had commented on one of my posts about filing a service request and they basically said they wouldn't even put it thru til we hit 6 months mad.gif.

Well i guess all we can do is wait. I wanted my loved one home by our Anniversary which is Oct 3, but that is now impossible at the rate they are going crying.gif. We will be lucky if he's home by Christmas Holidays which i'm praying that at least he is <3 We will keep on praying on hoping things start to pick up!

Wishing all of us A much speedier process than what it already has been.

Denial.

Outrage.

Acceptance.

lol, Well I still watch the lists several times a day but now I'm heading to see Susan in a couple weeks so that is occupying my mind. I'm getting all the documents ready to bring her instead of mailing. I figure it will be the end of October for the NOA2 (220 days) so might as well get everything squared away while there. Was hoping to be there for the interview but oh well.

I'm just thinking about being with her now 8)

I was playing with the numbers on the USCIS site and see April 17th filers getting RFE's today. Not mine as the numbers are about 110 difference than mine but I'm confused that they are touching April's boxes before March?

Weird.

Edit: I've seen at least 3 I129's RFE today's date with a petition received on 4/17

That is strange. I just checked mine and no updates since it was received, but you kind of scared me because I am 4/17! But hey, an RFE is better than nothing at all in some cases.

There are alot of petitions on the 17th only a few of them were RFE. But they were working on them today, they don't seem to be in numerical sequence order. I wonder how their inventory and pick numbers work.

Example:EAC1290709233

Which numbers in the sequence determine month and/or day?

Could it be that those numbers being serviced from April are from CSC as they are already into June flies now? Is there a way of telling if a number is a VSC case?

Oh my! This is the first time in months I feel there´s light at the end of the tunnel! lol

I´m 4/18, just checked on USCIS and nothing....

Maybe the send RFEs first, and then go to approving cases from that day after a couple of weeks?

When I get back from work I´ll check the list of people from 4/18 I´ve been following and let you know if I find something.
