Hello April filers,

I seen 2 April filers got thier noa2 today! Omg so excited!

More than likely expedited cases, but maybe not. Good to see in either case! :thumbs:

hello everyone, just found this thread for April filers

Received NOA1 on april 17 ... like everyone waiting for the notification, hopefully about 6-8 weeks

My goal is to bring my fiance to states in November, if all goes well. hope that's realistic

Welcome! You are right on with my timeline. The END of November is realistic as long as it doesn't take more than 6 or 7 months for NOA2 :o

Welcome! You are right on with my timeline. The END of November is realistic as long as it doesn't take more than 6 or 7 months for NOA2 :o

With how slow VSC is, I sometimes feel like I'll be lucky if it takes only 6 months to get my NOA2 :bonk:

Hopefully they'll kick up and get back in order for us! Maybe they just got a load from January and February and will be in high gear for March and April!! :thumbs:

12/2008 - Met online

4/07/2009 - Started our relationship!

12/13/2010 - Fiance US visit: 3 weeks

06/02/2011 - UK visit: 3 weeks.

12/14/2011 - US visit: 3.5 weeks

01/01/2012 - Engaged!

04/07/2012 - US visit: 2 weeks.

04/21/2012 - Sent out I-129F!

04/24/2012 - Case accepted

04/26/2012 - NOA1 hard-copy received!

04/27/2012 - Touched

05/21/2012 - UK visit: 5 weeks!!

10/22/2012 - NoA2!!!

10/30/2012 - NVC Received

10/31/2012 - Sent to London

11/01/2012 - Packet 3 received

3/22/2012: Sent I-129F from Spain to Dallas Lockbox

3/29/2012: Packet received at CSC

4/2/2012: Touched

4/3/2012: Received Email notification of Receipt w/ case number

4/3/2012: Check cashed

4/13/2012: Received NOA1 hardcopy in Spain

7/19/2012: NOA2 approval (email and text notifications)

7/25/2012: NOA2 Hardcopy received

7/27/2012: NVC case number received

7/30/2012: NVC sent packet to US Embassy in Madrid

8/16/2012: Received packet from Embassy

8/23/2012: Received appointment letter from Embassy

8/28/2012: Interview and Approved!

8/31/2012: K1 visa received!

I just got my NOA2 text message - Post decision activity "129F approved ! so excited, its 2 months earlier than i expected ( NOA1 was April 17th ). CSC is really zooming fast with processing !

will wait 1 week to call NVC for Manila confirmation #. i wish everyone get approved soon too, hang in there ...this site has been a lifesaver, with lots of good tips and help. Thanks everyone !

Congrats to all, but of course I'm so pissed... we have the same NOA1 but in Vermont and my estimated timeline says I will get my NOA2 in two and a half months... so unfair...

K1 NOA1: April 18th, 2012
K1 NOA2: October 25th, 2012 (190 days at VSC, NO RFE)
NVC number: November 1st, 2012 (7 days after NOA2)
INTERVIEW: November 29th, 2012 (APPROVED)
POE: December 14th, 2012 (Miami)
MARRIAGE: December 21st, 2012 (the end of the world! lol)
AOS SENT: December 26th, 2012
AOS NOA1: December 31st, 2012
AP/EAD NOA1: December 28th, 2012
BIOMETRICS: January 31st, 2013
AP/EAD APPROVAL: February 20th, 2013
AP/EAD card in the mail: March 2nd, 2013

GREEN CARD APPROVED: September 17th, 2013 (no interview)

Congrats to all, but of course I'm so pissed...

That about sums it up.... Anyone have a number for VSC administration? I'd like to know what the problem is. Skip telling me to be patient and balh, blah, blah someone should at least have a reason and plan for the work.

Oh well, I'm extremely happy for those that got their NOA2!

My NOA1 was April 13th. I'm at CSC... I'm getting nervous seeing how people have gotten approved after me or on the same date as me and I haven't heard anything yet... When should the worry time be?
