So he gets bit'ch slapped verbally by the 5th Circuit, and now has to modify/clarify the perfectly clear words he used a couple of days ago. Actually, that was quite unbecoming of the justice to make a political jab at Obama by misrepresenting what the President said. what's both amusing and ironic is that the mandate was an original, conservative, pro-market approach to healthcare, but once Obama accepted the mandate solution to healthcare, it suddenly became a socialist conspiracy. Where were the Right Wing constitutionalists back when conservatives were pimping the mandate? You know that is their plan for the privatization of medicare and social security - mandatory participation.

well then I guess they will privatize it another way. Good to know now, eh? Too bad Obama was not aware of it and didn't write in an alternative funding method as is done in many other forms of legislation. Seems if they could do it for a bike path they could do it for healthcare.

But no, Obama was in a hurry because he was losing his rubber stamp congress after two years of doing nothing so they blundered ahead and he signed a doomed bill. Fortunately it was two years from actually being implemented so little loss at this point, except for some adult "children"
