Hello everyone, I'm wondering that it's have been almost a mouth that I'm waiting for a letter of my Biometrie of AOS AND EAD from USCIS and I still hear nothing from them , Anyone got a experience of that I need a help plz.

We had that happen. We called the USCIS after 30 days and they put in a service request. The bio letter came not long after that.

We had that happen. We called the USCIS after 30 days and they put in a service request. The bio letter came not long after that.

Why is this issue of irregular scheduling of bio a common thing? Caryh, I saw your timeline shows your AOS has been transfered to CSC since 12-16-2011. Did you forget to update your approval or you are still waiting for the approval?

Why is this issue of irregular scheduling of bio a common thing?

The biometrics are done at your local USCIS office. I believe the difference in time it takes for each person to receive their appointment letter is based on how busy your local office is. Same thing with having an interview scheduled.
