Is evidence from prior to marriage needed?

Hello,

as evidence to submit with I-130, I have not included anything prior to our wedding. Will it be safer to, perhaps, include some photos from say our engagement or us together before getting married?

If you have any of the things listed on the I-130 instructions to show a "bonifide marriage" then also include that (joint bank account, property ownership together, etc). They like to see that the relationship has been going on for a while so yes, including pics from your past is great.

Agree, pics and proof of visits from before the marriage are a good idea. No worries if you didn't include them with the initial filing, but do bring them to interview.

Think "relationship evidence", not "evidence of getting married". People in fake relationships have weddings too.
