I wanna know how long before I can get my GC. I filed my AOS last Feb. 02, 2012 and last March 30, I had received a notice from USCIS that my EAD and AP have been approved by them and need to wait for around 30 days for me to receive the card. And since my case was transferred at CSC, I do believe that I won't be having an interview anymore. What scares me is about receiving my GC cause when I sneaked out at USCIS processing times on I-485, it says there that what they process now is I-485 that were filed in Feb, 2007. Is that applicable for us who entered as K1? I worry also cause CSC is very slow in processing now. Do I need to wait as long as two years before receiving my GC???????????? Please help me get rid of my worries. Thanks.

Well, you can work and travel, now. So I wouldn't worry about getting a Green Card soon.

3/23/2012 (Day 0) - I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent
4/02/2012 (Day 11) - Hard Copy of NOA1 in the mail of I-130, I-485 and I-765
4/04/2012 (Day 13) - Received a letter for biometrics appointment for 4/20/2012.
4/20/2012 (Day 29) - Biometrics done
5/03/2012 (Day 42) - Status online changed to interview, scheduled for June 11
5/16/2012 (Day 55) - EAD Card Production, online status update
5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD Card in the mail
6/11/2012 (Day 83) - Interview, approved on the spot

05/19/2014 (Day 0) - Mailed I-751

05/27/2014 (Day 8) - Received NOA1

mine took 4 months from my noa1.....some does get their at 3rd month and so far far on our group the longest process took 7-8 months. if you already have your ead and ap dont bother much, you can still work and travel as well as get a drivers license using your ead & noa1. goodluck

Yeah I think so. But it seems much secure if I have my green card with me cause EAD and AP expires in about a year. I do hope I would get it soon as well.

So what's at the USCIS timeline is not applicable for me? Guess I am just being paranoid about getting my GC soon.

You were probably looking at the wrong thing - like employment I-485s. Lots of paranoia based on misinformation and misinterpretation.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
