Thanks Jay Kay and Lexandra for your replies.I had a lawyer file my petition and he supposedly paid all the fees. I talk with him and he tells me to wait for the letter from Juarez and then my fiancee can begin filling it out.He doesnt seem to interested in finding out for me what my case status is. There is alot of good info here but it is overwhelming.I have my emails my emloyment letter my tax returns and I visited her 3 times and I have all my receipts and boarding passes. Jay Kay stated that the letter sometimes doesnt make it to its destination in Juarez but will they send me or the lawyer a notice? thanks so much

Lawyer is the first issue, if you are having problems in the beginning good luck, read the process here on how it works and the steps your case will follow. see the Mexico threads for their experiences.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

Call USCIS and find your own case status... I agree with the other poster ---you do not need a lawyer... big waste of money unless you have red flags and even then.... I believe that the pactical advice available here in VJ is more comprehensive and accurate than that provided by most lawyers.
