Hello guys and gals

My wife has been out of the country for almost 3 months. She had several issues to deal with back in her country (closing of bank accounts, medical treatment that started and had to be finished in her country, legal documents to be notarized, deeds to pass property and stuff).

She had gathered all the paperwork from all the above and she is about to return.

From what I read here and there, I get the sense that since she wasn't away for more than 6 months, then she will have no problem up on entering again in the country or in her status when she will apply for her adjustment, am I correct?

May you all be blessed for the help you provide.

Thanks

Why did you post in CRBA??

Looking at your timeline you mean to ask whether the time out affects her Removal of Conditions, not Adjustment as you have already done that part.

I'm going to assume your timeline is correct and that she left the US on a conditional greencard, she's been out of the country for almost 3 months and you just want to know if that will adversely affect her status... it doesn't. There is no problem.

It is exactly as you put it. Your answer makes me feel better. I REALLY appreciate your kind help. Thanks

I was away for almost 4 months for similar reasons. Its not an issue. Don't worry about it. Good Luck!

Your case is a real time example that REALLY brings me a great relief hearing that. I appreciate it, my friend. Thanks
