I n packet 3 i have been given 2 DS-156 forms.....do i have to fill both of them out to take to the interview?I just wasnt sure why they would send me two copies of the same form

one is given to the bank where you pay the fee... the second goes to the interview.

I'm not sure about Australia, but in Canada, package 3 had 2 copies of the DS-156 and one copy of DS-156K. I filled out all three copies, and brought them with me to the interview. Don't sign them though. You sign them only at the interview. Like I said, I'm not sure about Australia. Maybe it's the same.

Yes, they do it at the interview. I just kept them in the little envelope they gave me when I had them taken.

Which forms do we need to make photocopies of before we go for the interview....????.....I dont want to turn up for the interview only to be sent away to photocopy the right forms

I photocopied every single thing. (birth certificate, police certificate, I-134 etc.) Of course they don't ask for everything, but better safe than sorry.
