Hi guys,

Question regarding my K-1 application.

So far I have only received a NOA 1,

I took a trip last month (March 2012) to visit my fiance in VN, which is the second time we've met.

Will it help if I send in pictures as evidence while the application is still being reviewed in California Office?

Will they accept it at all?

Thanks

Perry

Welcome to the forum.

Assuming that you already included some "couple" photos along with other necessary evidence in the initial I-129F petition???

Trying to match up paperwork with your initial petition now while it is at the CSC is akin to finding and matching up two needles in a very large haystack.

Save the photos and other evidence that you are collecting of a continuing relationship for the consulate interview.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Your petition is in a box with a bunch of other petitions. That box is in a room full of boxes which are also full of petitions. NOBODY at the service center is going to dig through those boxes and try to find your case file so that they can add your evidence to it. If you're lucky then the guy in the mail room will do a quick check on the computer to see if your case file is currently with an adjudicator. If so, they might toss your evidence into the adjudicator's mail slot. Otherwise, it will be discarded. USCIS has no process for allowing evidence to trickle in and be joined with petitions that haven't been pulled by an adjudicator yet.

If you get an RFE than you can use that opportunity to try to add more evidence to your case file. The RFE will route your response directly to the adjudicator who has your petition, and not to a room full of boxes.
