Well as you all know by now the CSC has been cathing up with a lot of cases.

A month ago my timeline said i could get my NOA2 on June, now there is a small chance i can get it in May or the first 10 days of June.

But as i dont want to jump in one foot yet, i would like to ask, how well did the timeline work in your case? Or if you know how accurate it is?

Thank you!

PD. My goal (which i dont know if i will be able to reach) is to get there for my hubby´s bday on June 21st.

If you go by the averages, I think you're going to have a difficult time making it by the birthday.

It takes usually at least 1 month (depending on the embassy) to get your Visa after the NOA2.

K1 Process -

1/30/12 - I-129F sent

2/2/12 - NOA1 Received (CSC)

2/3/12 - Visa App Fee Check Cashed

6/18/12 - NOA2 Email Received at 9PM MST

6/22/12 - NOA2 Letter Received in Mail

7/11/12 - NVC Received

7/13/12 - NVC Sent Case to Moldova Embassy

7/18/12 - Packet 3 dropped off to Embassy

7/19/12 - Packet 3 & 4 Instructions Received from Embassy

7/23/12 - Medical Exam Passed

7/27/12 - Interview

8/4/12 - POE Denver, CO

9/14/12 - Wedding #1 (Denver Courthouse)

9/17/12 - AOS/EAD sent

9/19/12 - AOS/EAD NOA1

10/23/12 - Biometrics

1/16/23 - AOS Interview

6/15/13 - Wedding #2 (Colorado)

6/22/13 - Wedding #3 (Moldova)

Where did you submit to? My entire process took around 4-5months to get my Green Card in hand.

For me the timeline was very off and all my documents/interviews arrived way ahead of schedule.

Married In Vegas July 4th 2011 ;)
Filed paperwork and Submitted Nov 20th 2011
Work permit Jan 5th 2012
Interview Feb 23rd 2012
Green Card March 9th 2012

Removal of conditions Approved card in production June 13, 2014.

That being said, the timelines on Igor's keep getting shorter because the CSC has sped up significantly since the fall. My timeline has been shortened by a whole month already, and I suspect it'll get a month shorter still. I'd say you have a faitly good chance of getting the NOA2 at some point in mid May, NVC case closed in mid June and interview in mid July if you're on top of things.

well...i know the noa2 is not a visa, but once you get it depending on your case you might get the interview before 1 month. Or those are my thoughts at least hehe...there are several things to consider though.

I was hoping to be lucky and randomly get my NOA2 before my timeline.

My question is...how accurate its this VJ timeline?

Well the VJ timeline depends on what people are entering on their timeline nothing else! I bet I will get my approved by the end of May and I happy with that...!

the csc may take more than 6 months. my best advice is to request a expedite service because they were out of there 5 months timeline. if the first csr denies or sound like don't know what he/she doing, ask to speak to their supervisor. if they are being outright an ahole, redial the number and you will get someone else.

After having waited 3 - 4 months though, the timeline will be more accurate.

when it is out of the 5 months processing time, then by all rights you should protect your family time. you had done your part and now it is time for them to deliver their end of the promise.

it is not a waste of everyone's time. why should those lovers suffer in exchange for not wasting someone else time? why is it that we should diminish our quality of life for waiting for our spouse?
