6/21/12 - Assigned case number and sent to consulate
6/25/12 - Received at Nairobi Embassy
6/27/12 - Email from Nairobi Embassy (packet 3/instructions)
8/22/12 - Interview - APPROVED
8/29/12 - Received visa
10/14/12 - POE (Boston)
12/12/12 - Wedding ❤❤❤

AOS/EAD/AP

1/18/13 - Package delivered at Chicago lockbox
1/24/13 - NOA1 (email and text)for AOS/EAD/AP
1/25/13 - Received biometrics appointment letter and NOA1s letters
2/12/13 - Biometrics at 1.00pm (Lawrence, MA)
3/15/13 - EAD/AP approved, 3/21/13 mailed

We are.close.with dates, I sent mine off march.19 and got noa1 on April 2. I really think by October is when my baby will be here but I'm praying it will be sooner. I miss him like crazy.

IM NEW AT ALL THIS BUT WILL LIKE FOR EVERYBODY TO HELP ME WITH THIS JOURNEY. I JUST FILLED FOR MY K-1 ON 03/17/12 AND RECENTLY RECEIVED MY NOA1, JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW LOOK DO I WAIT FOR NOA2. IM WITH IN USA AND MY MAN IS IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, MY PAPER WORK IS BEING PROCESS FROM TEXAS...

ANY HELP WILL BE APRECIATED!!!!!

K1 process takes about 4-6 months, it varies for each applicants.

01-30-2012: Submitted AOS application thru USPS (Chicago Lockbox)
02-06-2012: Received Text/Email, application received by USCIS
02-10-2012: Received mail/hard copy of I-131 (NOA)
02-15-2012: Received mails/hard copies of I-765 & I-485 (NOAs) / Mail for Biometrics Appt.
03-06-2012: Biometrics Appointment done
03-14-2012: Received mail for Interview Appt on 16th April 2012.
04-04-2012: EAD/AP approved
04-12-2012: EAD/AP card received ;-)
04-16-2012: Interview day - Approved! (waiting for GC)
04-23-2012: Welcome Letter touched
05-03-2012: GC on hand!
