On April 2, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I would like to thank VJ and its members for all their support and assistance, finally got our NOA2 for my wife and stepson. next step NVC still have a ways to go but feel wonderful that our process is moving again.

September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

the one thing i learned is to be well prepared, as for the song both my wife and I both enjoy alex campos very much. has helped me for sure feeling close to her at times. good luck on your journey and thanks again for the well wishes.

yea i have called NVC already several times. spoke to a nice lady who let me know that it usually takes 15 days for them to receive the case and suggested i call back on the 23rd.
