take it easy and relax my friend, just make sure to prepare and make copies of anything that can prove a relationship and support of your wife. Have the pictures prepared and pick ones where it's a different setting each time. Your timeline says you already received NOA1, so... just sit back and wait patiently. If anything else is needed, they'll ask for it, as far as I understand. You've got all of our support. :)

In case they send me RFE what can I send them? Affidavits I could get 2. We dont own anything just yet together :( I have some pictures. Thats about it. Oh could I send receipts showing I send her airtime to her cell???

utility bills in both names

telephone bills showing that you call her, dates and duration

trip receipts showing that you visited her

PHOTOS of the two of you together, also together with her family.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thanks Joe and Yalila. Well my timeline says that, but I am expecting the Lockbox at Chicago IL to get my package today, since I got delivery confirmation :D If they send me a RFE I will see how I can handle it. We dont have utility bills under both names!!! We just got marry 2 months ago!!!

Finally we all three together. We are happy :)

If they ask me for more evidence is it a good idea to let them know my wife is pregnant?I am afraid they might think my marriage its fake because we have only seen each other once and on that first visit we got marry!

Finally we all three together. We are happy :)

oh . you already submitted the I-130 without any evidence.

Got it.

So, starting making yer evidence pile - have a file folder for each month, from day 0 to interview day.

make sure SHE has it in her hands on interview day, as a VO will want to see it.

What do you mean by day 0? why does my wife needs to have this if USCIS will ask ME for that evidence?

Finally we all three together. We are happy :)

if you are recently married when filing the I-130, there is darn good chance the petition will be approved.

however, the instructions on the I-130 about evidence DO CARRY FORWARD to interview day.

Hope that's clear?
