My fiances mom has a few med probs, nothing too major, but enough to where leaving her is going to be more difficult than we expected. Fiance is leaving on Friday...I was wondering how soon could she go back to see mom? Lets say if we marry June 1st....ist there a time before one can leave U.S...?

She will need to file for AOS first, and include the form for AP with it. It takes approx. 2-3 months to process. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

Start getting the AOS and AP application ready right now. Then when you marry send it in right away with the marriage certificate. You can try to apply for expedited AP with a letter and proof of the mothers medical issues included in the AP packet but it may not be granted.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
