Which Processing Center to send I-129F to???

Hi all-

I am wondering about where to send the I-129F. On the USCIS site it seems that all I-129Fs should go to the Dallas TX address, but I have seen references to other locations and that I should send mine according to the location near to me. I live in the Northeast so am wondering if I should send it to the VT processing center?

Thanks for sharing any knowledge about this!

NO you must send it to the Dallas lockbox listed in the USCIS instructions.

You cannot send it wherever you want, that will result in processing delays. They have an order for a reason.

After your petition is taken at Dallas they remove the payment and forward it to CSC or VSC. Those are the only two locations that process the petition and THEY choose who it goes to not you.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I sent mine to the address on the application and they forwarded it to Vermont. I think they decide were to send it. You must send it to the address on the application.

When in doubt, follow the USCIS !-129F instructions.... :yes: It is their game and their rules, follow their instructions.
