Hello, During our K-1 process we had a co-sponsor who emailed all info directly to the Embassy in Egypt for the I-134. Now we're gathering everything for the AOS and we need to know what documents he will need to include with the I-864? He's self employed. Is it possible for him to email all documents as he did previously? If so, Where? Thanks in advance :)

No way to email it. The documents need to be mailed to you and included in the packet with everything else. Original signed forms. Evidence the same as they sent before to the US embassy only more up to date information if that is possible.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

They need to be sent to you so you can include them with your own I-864 documents and other AOS paperwork you are sending together. He is self-employed so they go by line 22 of the 1040, so he really only needs his tax transcripts to prove his income. He will also need proof of being a USC or LPR, with a copy of his birth cert, naturalization, bio page of US passport or front and back copy of green card.
