PETION FOR PARENTS...NO NOA2 FOR 5 MONTHS NOW

Hello everyone. I applied to petition my Dad who is in Philippines since Oct 31, 2011 ( priority date). Application was send in Chicago Lockbox, from what I have seen in the previous post it usually takes 3-4 months. It has been 5 months already, should I be concerned or is there anybody who is going through the same experience. Thanks

Hello there.CSC was working a immense backlog recently so some people were waiting even 7 months to get a NOA2...Now if you are saying that you just reach 5 months you should be getting your NOA very soon because they are working on Oct and Nov at this moment..Hang in there!!
