For anyone who went for an interview recently. Does the Embassy in Ghana still require that form I-134 be notarized. The new form does not provide space for it, and the form instructions say no need to notarize. However, package received from the embassy asks to provide notarized form. I observed that all the forms given are outdated, but I need an input from someone who may have used form I-134 at the US embassy in Ghana recently.

No. You dont need to notarize the I-134 for the embassy in Ghana. If it makes you feel better my fiancee just got her visa last Friday and I provided the I-134. I didnt notarize it.

Interview date will be scheduled on the day she picks up her packet. Average interview date ranges from 4-6 months from day packet is picked up.
